Alessandra Corine Ambrosio born April 11, 1981 is a Brazilian model.Her last name is spelled Ambrosio, but the diacritic mark is omitted in her modeling work. Ambrosio, described by Tyra Banks as The future of the modeling world, is best known for her work with Victoria's Secret and was chosen as their first spokesmodel for Victoria's Secret PINK line.Ambrosio is currently one of Victoria's Secret Angels and the former face for the UK company Next. Aside from modeling work, Ambrosio represents as the National Ambassador for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Ambrosio was also selected by AskMen.com as Number 2 out of the Top 99 Most Desirable Women of 2008.

  After stepping out and about with her family late last week, supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio took total advantage of her Sunday off by spending the day with her two favorite people, her daughter and her long time beau. The trio were spotted taking one of the final Sundays of summer at the Malibu Festival on Sept. 4. Holding her daughter Anja close, Alessandra and her hubby-to-be, Jamie Mazur, chatted and smiled, then headed into the fair. Seriously, I think Alessandra had the picturesque summer day. Not only was it sunny and over a holiday weekend, but she spent the day with the people she loves the most, her family. What could be better?    |

The Brazilian supermodel donned a black top/black shorts and a pair of sunglasses as she broke a sweat while listening to her iPod. Yesterday (August 31) Alessandra was all about some active quality time with her adorable three-year-old daughter rAnja Louise at a local park. On Anja’s third birthday (August 24th) Ms. Ambrosio tweeted, “What a fun day!!! Had the best time with my family and friends at my daughter’s birthday!!! 3 years being a mother… best years of my life!!!”    |

  When your mother is a supermodel, it's never too early to become a style setter. Victoria's Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio enjoyed a playdate at the park with her adorable daughter Anja today. And the three-year-old managed to upstage her stunning mother by wearing a lovely navy blue knit dress, by designer Ralph Lauren. The cute youngster and her lookalike mother had fun playing together on the see-saw (or teeter-totter) in the sunshine. Alessandra, 30, also helped Anja up onto the monkey bars, before grabbing hold herself and swinging about. Given that she has starred in a number of campaigns for the classic American brand, it is likely that Alessandra was gifted the designer dress, which retails for $79.50. The supermodel went for a more bohemian look for the mother-daughter playdate, opting for a tie-dye maxi dress by Gypsy05, one of her favourite brands. She added stacks of gold bangles and a long silver necklace, and added a white tassled scarf when the girls were spotted later at the Brentwood Country Mart. Alessandra carried her lookalike daughter through the carpark after they stopped for a snack. There was no sign of the model's fiance and Anja's father, businessman Jamie Mazur. The couple began dating in 2005 and welcomed Anja on August 24, 2008 in Alessandra's native Brazil.       |
