Alessandra Corine Ambrosio born April 11, 1981 is a Brazilian model.Her last name is spelled Ambrosio, but the diacritic mark is omitted in her modeling work. Ambrosio, described by Tyra Banks as The future of the modeling world, is best known for her work with Victoria's Secret and was chosen as their first spokesmodel for Victoria's Secret PINK line.Ambrosio is currently one of Victoria's Secret Angels and the former face for the UK company Next. Aside from modeling work, Ambrosio represents as the National Ambassador for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Ambrosio was also selected by AskMen.com as Number 2 out of the Top 99 Most Desirable Women of 2008.

 They're ever-the-adorable family, and Alessandra Ambrosio joined fiance Jamie Mazur and daughter Anja for a weekend departure out of LAX Airport in Los Angeles, CA on Friday night (February 3). The expecting supermodel looked stylish in a grey, bump-hugging sweater and tight black leather pants as she pulled her Louis Vuitton luggage through the terminal and up to the security checkpoint. Currently five months pregnant with her second child, the travels come as Miss Ambrosio recently spoke about having strutted the catwalk during this past November's VS Fashion Show despite carrying a little one at the time. She dished, “When I first found out I was pregnant I thought, ‘Oh my gosh I don't think I'm going to be able to walk on the show.’ I didn't tell anybody so no one knew at the show that I was pregnant. A week before, I told my booker I don't think I'm going to be able to fit into the clothes because I gained a few pounds already, but we were just quiet.”    |

   The lingerie model was seen showing off her growing tummy as she and fiancé Jamie Mazur stepped out for a dinner date. The Victoria Secret model and her businessman beau, Mazur, went for a meal at Katsuya restaurant in Hollywood on Wednesday and despite being more than five months pregnant she looked at ease with her stretching frame. Wearing a metallic jumper and black leggings, the clothes horse teamed her clothing up with a black handbag with chain strap and pair of riding boots. The 30-year-old looked much more fresh-faced than her appearance the night before at Georgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica. The brunette seemed to be feeling the strain as she emerged from the eatery having shared a romantic meal with the father of her first born, Anja Louise, 3. Alessandra covered her burgeoning bump with a knitted over-sized sweater as she was helped into a waiting car by her man. However, her during her newest appearance in Los Angeles saw her completely in control as she strutted down the Walk of Fame in a figure-hugging ensemble. The couple beamed after enjoying Japanese food and held hands as they waited for their transport. While the Brazilian-born beauty carried her own growing bundle, Mazur went home with a mystery package of his own which looked far too large to be leftovers. The star’s stomach seems to have blossomed almost overnight. She has continued to work despite her changing body and due to her stunning looks, she seems to be getting away with it. |
